How does Enterprise billing work?

Enterprise is quoted per contract — a negotiated fee, allowance, and member rate, billed out of band rather than charged to a card.

Enterprise is priced per contract. There’s no published monthly price and no self-serve checkout for it: book a call, tell us what you need, and we’ll quote the fee together with the included-AI allowance and member rate that come with it. The Enterprise column on plans and pricing is where that quote starts, not a rate card — a contract can move any of it.

Once it’s signed we provision the plan on your account and bill it separately, with no card on file for the subscription. Your dashboard then reflects your contract terms, including the “max possible bill” for the plan you’re on. Metered AI beyond your allowance works exactly as it does on every other plan, at your contract’s member rate.

Good to know: a contract plan is managed through us rather than self-serve — plan changes go through support — and cancelling it ends it immediately rather than at the end of a paid period.
